  1. Step 01: Create an account

    QualiBooth's Accessibility Toolkit is a SaaS solution that collects accessibility data about your web pages. Creating an account secures your data and keeps it separate from other users. If you prefer, our Support Team can provide access to a demo account with artificial data.

  2. Step 02: Define your Organization

    We organize your account into logical containers and ask you to provide this information at setup. Organization is normally your company or team name — it is a grouping of projects and can be changed later. Display Name is how your website will appear within the list of sites in Toolkit and Agora.

  3. Step 03: Choose your Plan

    QualiBooth plans are based on the number of websites, traffic volume, and number of users. Plans range from Standard (€59/month) to customized Enterprise (€600–€10,000/month). Small organizations: we suggest a trial of Advanced, which includes a discounted Agora license — real value at that scale. Large organizations: we suggest Premium to see our full potential. Enterprise upgrades are available at any time.

  4. Step 04: Start the trial

    No charge at this step. Your account will not be billed during the 7-day trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and the test is completely free.

  5. Step 05: Install the Toolkit script

    The full power of the Accessibility Toolkit comes through when you install the script on your site. The small script scans your pages several times per day to identify accessibility errors. It runs in the background as visitors open pages, and you will have preliminary data within 1 hour of installation. We suggest letting it run for 24 hours to build a meaningful data sample.
