About the position:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is integral to expanding QualiBooth’s presence across global markets by identifying, engaging and qualifying potential clients and partners. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting (emails, LinkedIn and cold calling).
  • Educate prospects on QualiBooth’s digital accessibility solutions and value propositions.
  • Maintain and update CRM system (HubSpot) with lead and prospect data, ensuring accuracy.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule and participate in introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked and pipeline growth.
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to research and understand customer needs and translate them into opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
