About the position:
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize the systems, automations, and analytics that power Qualibooth’s growth across Europe. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and SDRs to support campaigns, manage CRM flows, and ensure leads are captured, qualified, and handed off efficiently.
You'll help drive adoption across our SaaS product suite:
- Community Edition – free, self-service scanning tool that drives top-of-funnel traffic
- Accessibility Toolkit – paid subscription platform for ongoing accessibility monitoring
- Agora – enterprise-grade solution for secure, real-time compliance workflows
This role combines technical execution, campaign coordination, and strategic input to keep our funnel healthy and conversion focused.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting (emails, LinkedIn and cold calling).
- Educate prospects on QualiBooth’s digital accessibility solutions and value propositions.
- Maintain and update CRM system (HubSpot) with lead and prospect data, ensuring accuracy.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Schedule and participate in introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked and pipeline growth.
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or email automation in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SkyLead, and SendGrid
- Experience collaborating with BDRs or Sales teams to align on lead management and handoff processes
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with a focus on performance and attribution
- Power-user of Google Analytics
- Comfortable with campaign logic, automation flows, and multi-channel funnel tracking
- Fluent in English required; additional EU languages are a plus
- EU-based; Hybrid & remote-friendly with preference for proximity to Barcelona, Spain.
